The Rising

The Rising formed in late 2009. In late 2013 they signed their first record deal with Detour Records. They released their debut album by themselves in May 2013 and after it earned rave reviews from various sites and blogs, they found themselves on the” Paisley Archive” – an offshoot of Detour Records.

The Rising The Rising have many influences which they unashamedly wear on their sleeve ranging from the Hammond driven sound of the 60’s, the chaotic late 70’s punk scene and the 90’s Britpop era.
